A left arm spin bowler who is having plenty of experience. He had to wait more than 10 years since his first-class debut to finally get a test match. When he finally played against South Africa in the test series in 2013, he had already taken 309 first class wickets at an average of 20.36. He is the son of former Pakistani footballer Abdul Ghaffar. He chose as his profession. He has bowled tremendously in every match he played.
If we look at the recent matches, especially the test series against Australia, Babar bowled so well. He took 14 to 15 wicket in the 4 innings. we did not feel the absence of Ajmal that much just because of Zulfiqar Babar. As he is 36 years old, he does not have much years left to serve for the Pakistani cricket. We see a better future of our cricket now.
